FULl service interior design

If you are in need of complete design and management of your project to make it as hands-free for you as possible, our full service interior design package was built with you in mind.

We will create a design plan and construction documents for your project and provide project management services from initial planning day through final installation. We are happy to collaborate with your architect and general contractor as well as the many tradespeople and artisans who will be involved in your project.

Pricing is based on the scope of work.

Deliverables include:

  • Budget and timeline

  • Customized design concept with mood boards and color story

  • Floor plans, lighting plans, elevations, and 3D renderings

  • Selection of furnishings and materials

  • Product procurement and fulfillment logistics

  • Collaboration with vendors and tradespeople

  • Custom-built units, millwork, carpentry, electrical - through tradespeople

  • Style and accessorize for the final reveal

the design process

  • Regardless of which service package your project requires, we always begin with a brief Discovery Call. During this 15 minute call, we discuss the overall scope of your project and determine whether we are the right fit for your needs. If we both agree to move forward, we’ll arrange for an in-depth consultation.

  • The design consultation (in-person or virtual) helps us to get to know each other better, review your space in detail, and provide a starting place for your project. After our consultation, we will prepare a contract and send it to you for review and signing.

  • Once contracts have been signed, we will create a design plan based on what we have discussed at the consultation and present it to you for review and revision. Design plans often require several weeks to prepare, and we’ll keep you updated as we move through the process. Your design plan will be refined prior to implementation. If you’ve hired us for consulting and design plan services only, this will conclude our relationship. If you’ve hired us for full service design, we’ll move to the next step.

  • After our Design Presentation, we will make any revisions and reselections necessary based on your comments. Once we have received your approval on all product selections, we will prepare a Furnishing Proposal and collect payment for all products. 

    We will place orders, handle the fulfillment logistics, and promptly take care of any issues that may arise. During this phase, we will coordinate directly with all tradespeople and begin any renovation, new build, or custom-build work.

  • As we approach the end of the project, we will prepare for and schedule our installation date - the Final Reveal. We will bring the furnishing items to your home, set up and style the space(s), and resolve any deficiencies. 

    Once installation is complete and all tradespeople have fulfilled their roles, we’ll begin the styling process. Furniture, accessories, and decor will be placed according to our design plan and prepared for the final reveal.

  • We will reveal your completed project and tour the space with you to address any changes or nuances. Shortly after, we’ll arrange for our professional photographer to capture the project for our portfolio. We hope you love your new space!

Additional services

1 Hour Design Consultation

If you are at loss with your space but unsure whether you are ready for or need full service interior design, our one hour consulting package is for you. We’ll discuss and help you work through any design challenge you might be facing and give you an action plan to move forward. 

This can include specific ideas to bring the space to life, such as offering guidance on floor plan options, advising on rugs or accent pieces, selecting paint colors, and more.

Investment is $500 for this one hour consultation.

Virtual Interior Design

Virtual interior design is ideal if you want a professional design plan and shopping list but prefer to put the plan into action on your own. Starting with an initial consultation, we’ll assess your design needs and style preferences.

Next, we will prepare a custom design board and floor plan, complete with a list of products to purchase. This service can be provided in-person if you are located within a reasonable distance from West Chester, PA.

Starts at $2,000 per room; rate varies based on square footage of space.
